I am amazed that you can travel as lightly as you do. Necessity is indeed the mother of invention AND convention. The daily shower thing is really a good habit I couldn't imagine you breaking. I must confess, I've skipped showering two days since March. I'm so Irish that I can't even produce the "pubic hair" looking beard. After reading this entry, it's no longer my dream to do so.
