To us, America is a distant yet familiar country - so many familiar cultural references - whereas I'd imagine that The Europe is a blast of different smells, languages, images, even hairstyles. So, keep travelling and keep sharing the stories! Spending a few days here in North America reminds me that it's almost impossible for Europeans to imagine just how different and remote the world beyond the US is to Americans.
