Grand Mirage Resort and Thalasso Bali: A Paradise for Kids
Well known as a family friendly resort in Bali, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali knows a thing or two about travelling with kids who are resting their minds from the school routine and can learn different things here about life and the environment.
The prime location on the coast of the Indian Ocean — undeniably alluring thanks to the marriage of beige-sand beach and turquoise ocean — has made the Bali resort perfect for school break. Grand Mirage Resort is renowned as a beachfront kids-friendly resort thanks to its kids’ pool, kids menu, and an extensive variety of fun and educational kids activities.
Cooked by the hands of an artisan, some special kids-food, with a simple and lovely presentation, is offered here. Flinstones Fish Nugget? Gorilla Grilled Cheese? These are just a few of the fun dishes from the kids menu, and the culinary-savvy chef, Matthew Wood, who is ready to prepare what your little prince or princess is craving.
Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali will never let the kids get bored during their holiday. This Nusa Dua resort provides a kids pool which is beautifully designed with special depth (80 to 100 cm) and a clear border between kids and adult pool. The pool is even safer with an in-charge lifeguard standing beside it.
About 10 meters from the pool, there is Bamboo Kids Club which is open from 10 am to 5 pm. The room is painted with some soft colors. Here, the kids can play hide and seek, watch movies, or play computer games. If the children are tired, there is a bed for them to take a nap on. Two big dolls of Pikachu accompany them on that soft mattress. Warm-hearted coordinators are assigned to play together with them, so that parents can have some time for themselves. Bamboo kids club is suitable for kids 3-11 years-old.
On top of that, there is still an area where the kids and the family can play together — the games room. Decorated with movie posters and furnished with billiard and hockey table and other games, the atmosphere of the room will awaken the fun-loving side in every child and in the parents.
The amusement for the kids doesn’t stop there. The resort has arranged different activities for the children everyday, in either individual or group activities.
Like the American poet, Criss Jami, said about children, “There’s nothing more contagious than the laughter of young children; it doesn’t even have to matter what they’re laughing about”, Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali attempts to fill every guests’ holiday with laughter, and it starts with the kids…
