I don’t know about you, but I still always sit at the window seat when I fly. I am still in awe of the amazing aerial views – a perspective on ‘our world’ that we rarely get otherwise. In Chicago I lived under a common flight path (but luckily the planes were still high just coming over the lake, so no noise pollution), so many times I was able to spot my condo building as we flew past. And, thanks to familiar landmarks, I was once was able to spot my childhood home in Randolph, NJ. You don’t have much time to figure it out so you can imagine my delight when I put it all together scanning the roof tops and roads that I knew at ground level.
This Colombian boy seems to have a bit of his own wonderment already. Maybe he’ll grow up to be a world traveler or pilot…you never know.
